    I’m an integrative health coach passionate about helping people come back to their own rhythm—through real food, conscious movement, and intentional living.

    I’ve studied with movement and functional health experts across the world, as well as being a Personal Trainer & Yoga, Pilates and Qigong teacher.

    Like many of the clients I now support, I once lived disconnected from my body, running on stress, and trying to push through. Our system changed that. It gave me the tools to rebuild myself from the inside out—and I’ve made it my work to help others do the same.

    With a deep fascination for anatomy and integrative health, I understand that no two bodies are the same, bringing my expertise from having coached high-level athletes to desk workers.

    I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface solutions. I believe in systems that work, tools that meet you where you are, and practices that actually fit real life. What I teach is what I live—every day.

Why do we do what we do?

We believe true wellness is built, not bought.

When stress, poor sleep, misaligned beliefs or movement patterns hold you back, symptoms show. That’s why we assess the whole person before designing your programme —for a wellness reset steeped in rooted strategy, practical action, and long-term change.

Most people were never taught how to care for themselves in a way that’s truly sustainable; how to rest, how to move well, how to eat for their body, how to feel aligned in their daily choices.

We honor food as more than fuel. It’s communication with the body, energy for the mind, and support for the soul. That’s why we use bio-individual nutrition (like metabolic typing and Primal Pattern eating) to help you tune into what your body actually needs—not what the trends say it should want.

Nourishment isn’t just what’s on your plate. It’s how you talk to yourself, who you spend time with, and how often you give yourself permission to rest.

Move

We move for function and longevity. Whether it’s corrective work, strength training, walking barefoot, or shaking out stress—movement is part of how we heal, express, and evolve. We teach you how to move from your center, not just your schedule.
