Co-founder
Jessica is one of the founders of Integrated Wellness Retreat.
With over a decade as a celebrity trainer in both the UK and California, Jessica has worked with high-profile clients to optimise their health, fitness, and mindset. This global experience laid the foundation for an approach that blends elite-level training with holistic wellness practices.
Alongside a successful career in fitness and health Jessica has built an impressive record as a competitive 70.3 Ironman athlete, having raced in four Ironman World Championships. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of endurance, Jessica has also competed in the legendary Race Across America (RAAM) and continues to take on cross-continental and ultra-endurance road cycling events worldwide.
These experiences—spanning elite sport, high-performance coaching, and career achievement—have shaped Jessica’s philosophy: that true peak performance is built not only on training and discipline, but also on recovery, nutrition, mindset, and sustainable wellbeing holistically.
At Integrated Wellness, Jessica brings this unique blend of expertise to create transformative programmes that help guests harness mental and physical resilience, rebalance body and mind holistically and return to their careers, sport, and personal lives with renewed clarity, energy, and purpose.

Liz is one of the founders of Integrated Wellness Retreat, known for guiding people back into rhythm with their bodies through conscious movement, real food, and intentional living.
A global student of movement and philosophy, Liz has studied with leading experts in functional health and explored wisdom traditions across the East, including Daoism, Vedanta, and Tantra. This unique path blends anatomical precision with timeless spiritual practices, creating a truly integrative approach to health and vitality.
Before co-founding Integrated Wellness, Liz built a career as a Trainer and teacher of Yoga, Pilates, and Qigong, coaching high-level athletes, everyday professionals, and those in need of rehabilitation. This experience revealed a universal truth: whether in elite sport or office life, the body thrives when supported holistically rather than pushed to breaking point.
Like many of those now supported through the retreat, Liz once lived disconnected—running on stress, ignoring the body’s signals, and pushing through. Discovering integrated systems that restored health from the inside out became a turning point, sparking a lifelong mission to share those tools with others.
At Integrated Wellness Retreat, Liz combines the rigour of functional anatomy with the insight of Eastern philosophy to design transformative programs that restore balance, vitality, and resilience. Passionate about practices that fit real life, Liz empowers guests to return to their careers, families, and passions not only stronger, but clearer, calmer, and more deeply connected to themselves.
