First and last days are half-days for arrival/departure.
Personal assessments are scheduled throughout the first 3 days in quiet time slots.
We recommend taking part in as many activities as possible to experience the full benefit of this retreat, however we will always respect your need for time alone or rest if desired.

This is your reset checkpoint; a chance to pause, reflect and recalibrate.
Designed for previous retreat guests, the Touchpoint Retreat is a 5-day mini immersion to re-anchor your practices, work through new blocks, and reconnect with the rhythm you created.
